After the death of Dalene Zinkan by the dreaded disease of Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS), the Zinkan family has been committed to helping other ALS patients through expanded research.

The family formed The Zinkan Charitable Foundation to aid in their venture of finding early solutions and a cure for all neuromuscular diseases including ALS, MS, Parkinson's, Alzheimer's and the effects of brain damage and brain tumors. 

These neurological diseases occur throughout the world with no racial, ethnic or socio-economic boundaries.   They affect adults and children, changing each patient’s physical ability to control their movements, and ultimately, their lives. 

We are dedicated to help "fund" a cure so that there is a "Reason for Hope" in each person’s spirit when they are faced with these diagnoses.
